The Common Guy was built to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health by building a community, sharing real-life experiences, and connecting men to professional care.

Why choose the name ‘The Common Guy’?:

The Common Guy reflects that the issue of men’s mental health and suicide does not have one specific identity. It affects men of all backgrounds. It does not matter how much money one has or doesn’t have, what preferences or beliefs one has, ones’ marital status, nor how successful they are or what they do for a living.
